Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We have a 7-business-day return policy, which means you have 7 business days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at support@salute-official.com. Send approved returns to:
📦 GMC Compound, F.P. Felix, Sto. Domingo, Felix Ave., Cainta, Rizal

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects & Order Issues

All items are inspected before shipping. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, we will:

  1. Replace the item at no extra cost

  2. Cover all shipping fees related to return and replacement

Please report issues within 7 business days of receiving your order.

 

Sizing Issues

While we do not accept returns due to incorrect size selection by the customer, we understand mistakes happen.

For these cases, we allow a one-time size exchange, under the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, with tags and original packaging

  • All shipping fees (return & reshipment) will be shouldered by the customer

  • Exchange must be requested within 7 business days of receiving the item

Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering to help avoid sizing errors.

One-Time Exchange Policy

Each order is eligible for only one exchange request (whether due to sizing or other approved reasons).
Additional return or replacement requests for the same transaction will not be accommodated.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  1. Sale/marked-down items

  2. Gift cards

  3. Used or damaged items not caused by factory defects

  4. Items returned without tags or original packaging

Exchanges

If eligible and approved, we will ship the replacement after receiving the original item.

  • Customer shoulders shipping cost for exchanges due to sizing error

  • Free shipping will still apply for replacements due to defects or our error

Refunds (Store Credit Only)

We no longer issue cash or card refunds.
Approved returns will be compensated via store credit, usable for future purchases at salute-official.com.

If your payment method (e.g., GCash, QR Ph, etc.) doesn’t support automated refunds, store credit will still be provided.
